I read that making a ring with a copper coin was hard but I wanted to try anyway. So I used a wheat penny and here is the results. It came out good enough to give to my little niece. I did a little better this time, you can see the in God we trust on the inside of the ring....

nice job!!! have you thought about trying one where the words are inside and out? I posted a how to on your other thread, it seems more difficult but the end result is awesome
by the way, what size ring does a penny make?

Yes that will be coming up It is a completely different process so I have to get some of the tools. I like that process must better.
It is very small I just went to see what size it is and discovered my wife must have taken it to work to show someone.
You are very limited to the size on all these coins.

| I think I read it takes a half dollar to make a size 9-10...........so a penny would be SMALL
