Well I met up with Twistidd and Mikewaz for a short 3hr hunt in the morning of Thanksgiving. We went all over the place and I couldn't find a coin to save my life!!! With about a half an hour left I managed to get a nickel signal, it moved around a little bit so I figured what the heck, I have to find at least one coin. Well it turned out to be a 1928 Buffalo nickel, Buffalo #10 for me.
The next day we meet up again at another spot. We walked all over the place today tryin to find that mythical beast they call a virgin spot... Well out in the woods I found another Buffalo nickel. This one is a 1936 and Buffalo, #11 for the season for me. We then moved to an open field where we meet up with Watercolor and we hunted for a couple more hours.
For my last 2 hunts I managed to find:
1928 Buffalo
1936 Buffalo
5 clad quarters
8 clad dimes
3 memorials
4 old shotgun shells, 1 was a 10ga and 3 12ga
& a set of 5 older keys still on a key ring

I have to get at least 1 more silver for the year!!!! My goal was to get 35 but I will settel for 30 I guess... LOL
I was hoping to meet up with metal detecting mikey but my work schedule and family stuff kept conflicting. Next time your out here let me know and I will try to get out of work during the week so we can hunt.
