From a geezer, well when I first started detecting, I don't think they'd even invented them yet, at least they wasn't on the market, after a few years I started seeing them and folks tellin me how good they were, so, I started out with the pinpointers, thru the years, have had bout every kind, most of em real good, some super good, but i still can't break the habit of NOT using one, I just X the target, or toss the dirt on the coil, I even got one detector with one built on it, but that's the only one i got, and don't use it much, just an old habit of not using one, I may get one of those new Garretts and try it, but seems to slow me down pokin round in the dirt, guess if I used one more I'd get used to one, so I try a Garrett whenever they appear, mebbe I might get used to it, but I have found quite a few things without one, just hate to be slowed down when im'a beepin Attachment: dis1.jpg (Downloaded 31 times)
